Reviews are usually conducted on a regular rolling basis competitively until the candidate is found. The review process follows the following procedure: 1) Receipt of the application; 2) Review of the application; 3) Selection of the candidate for an intial phone interview; 4) Selection of the candidate for an on-site interview if situation permits; 5) Additional interview with other investigators for large collaborative project positions; 5) Reference check; 6) Writing the offer letter.
