These people are intensively interviewed before being accepted by me. They are mostly self-driven, energetic, passionate, and hard-working persons in life. They are already accomplished in various ways (grades are indicative of focused learning minds but not of everything). I believe that they are getting more accomplished here than elsewhere, because of the unique R&D experience that I custom-developed for each one of them. Some may be intimated and fail.
